General Specifications

This facility has a usable area of 347m² and is divisible into two equal-sized rooms by an acoustic folding door. The door is carried by a massive central beam that gives 3m clearance only at that point. Elsewhere, the stud height is 4.4m.

The floor is carpeted. The total area will accommodate 230 pax comfortably in a banquet configuration or 400 for lecture-style conferences.

A small commerical kitchen is accessible from both modules.

The hall opens to a terrace via glazed bifold doors along its northern wall. It contains full audio, projection and presentation facilities.
